Volunteering at the Craft Sale
We gratefully welcome the help of parents, senior students, and returning graduates at the Craft Sale. You can help us set-up or distribute flyers before the event, tear-down after the event, or work at various tables during the event.
- Parent Sign-Up:We are looking for parents who can volunteer on the day of the Craft Sale, as well as help out before the event. If you would like to help out before the Craft Sale, please email SwanseaCraftSale25@gmail.com.
- Senior Student Sign-Up: Senior students can earn 1 S-point for every 2 hour of volunteer work. Please see the student volunteer organizer during the Craft Sale to get your S-Point certificate, or contact her before the end of the Fall term. No S-Point certificates will be awarded after December 20, 2019.
- High School Students Sign-Up: Each volunteer hour at the Craft Sale count towards the 40 Hour Community Service Requirement for high school students. If you would like to volunteer, please send an email to the volunteers coordinator at SwanseaCraftSale25@gmail.com. The volunteers coordinator will try to accommodate your request, but will give priority to current Swansea students.
Baked Good Donations
We welcome your generous donations to the Bake Sale. Please send only items (ideally pre-wrapped) that do not contain peanuts or tree nuts, and provide ingredient list, if possible. Successful items last year were loaves, squares, cookies, tarts, fudge, pies, scones, muffins, and cupcakes with holiday-themed decorations.
Please bring your items to the Rec Center kitchen on the evening before the event (Friday) between 6-9PM, or on the day of the event (Saturday) between 9:30-10:30AM. Please put your name and phone number on any tray you would like returned; if your name is not on the item, it will be left in the Rec Center kitchen the next day.
